Lineage 2 LU4 farming

About LU4 farming

What it does

Where a kill earns the most adena in Lineage 2 LU4 for your level. Type your level and the page ranks the mobs you can hunt, or the hunting spots they live in, by what a kill is worth for the HP you take off it. It's free and needs no account.

Farming as a CP or clan? Lineage 2 DKP on Meadhall pays points for taking part and keeps track of who got each drop.

How to use it

  1. Type your level. Signed in with Discord, it starts at your LU4 main's level (else your highest LU4 character's) until you type one yourself.
  2. Tick In a party if you hunt in one: the window of mob levels reaches higher, from 5 levels below you to 8 above, instead of 3 above when solo.
  3. Pick drops, spoils or both, and mobs or spots. Untick a tier to leave out mobs with that much more HP than usual for their level.
  4. Open a mob, a zone or an item from the list for its own page.

How the score works

A kill is worth what its items are worth: each drop or spoil's chance times its average amount times its price. Adena counts as 1 each; any other item is valued at your craft calculator price, else the market price you pick (your clans' or every clan's median), else what an NPC pays. An item with no price counts as nothing and the row says so. The score is that value for every 1,000 HP, not per hour, because the data has no kill speed. A party kills faster but splits the loot, so it widens the level window and doesn't change the order.

What it leaves out

Raid bosses aren't listed, and neither are mobs with under a tenth of the usual HP for their level (a chest with 2 HP would top every list). Treasure Chests and event mobs such as the Harbingers of Ankou can still rank high: they are special mobs, not regular hunting.
