A Raid-Helper alternative with points and loot built in

Raid-Helper is the sign-up bot many WoW Discords use. Meadhall does raid sign-ups in Discord too, and keeps what happens after the raid in the same place: who came, what dropped, who got it, and everyone's DKP, EPGP or loot council history.

What Raid-Helper does well

Raid-Helper is a Discord calendar bot. Its listing describes events people sign up to from Discord, many templates, class and spec choices, sign-up limits by class or role, reminders before an event, and polls. A paid Premium tier adds custom templates, recurring events, logging, events mirrored across servers and a live overview of a server's events. It works with WoW (Retail and Classic), FFXIV and other games, and links to softres.it for soft reserves.

If your guild only needs sign-ups, and keeps loot and points somewhere else, it does that job well.

Raid-Helper details are from its public bot listings (its web dashboard from a third-party comparison), as read on 4 October 2026; its own site and documentation are the final word.

Why one place helps

  • Sign-ups become attendance, and attendance becomes points. An officer awards DKP or EP to everyone confirmed at the event in one go, instead of copying names from Discord into a spreadsheet.
  • Loot decisions have the history in front of them. The loot log, the points and the wishlists are on the same page the officer records the drop on.
  • Nobody edits the books in private. Every point is a ledger line with who wrote it and why, which the whole guild can read.

You don't have to switch all at once: Meadhall's bot can live in the same Discord as Raid-Helper while you try it.

What it costs

Raid teams of up to 10 are free, with events, sign-ups, soft reserve, lockouts, the loot log, DKP or EPGP and every bot command. A raid team of up to 30 is £3 a month and a guild of up to 300 is £5; members never pay. See pricing.

Try it

Sign in with Discord, create your guild or raid team, and add the bot with /setup.
