A wowaudit alternative: points, reserves and sign-ups in one hub
wowaudit is the team-management site many Retail raid teams run on. Meadhall covers a different part of the raid week: the loot system itself, whether DKP, EPGP, loot council or soft reserve, next to sign-ups, attendance and a Discord bot, on Retail and every Classic version.
What wowaudit does well
wowaudit keeps a raid team's roster across teams, alts and off-specs, with wishlists backed by sims: raiders import their Raidbots or Questionably Epic reports, and the upgrades show in game when loot drops, through RCLootCouncil. The loot history comes back from the game to the site. It also does events with sign-ups on the site or from Discord, raid plans that export to NSRT and TimelineReminders notes, attendance and performance from Warcraft Logs, and recruitment forms. It runs on Retail, with Classic, Classic Anniversary and Classic Era on their own sites.
For a Retail team that sims its gear and hands out loot with RCLootCouncil, that round trip between the site and the game is hard to beat.
Where Meadhall is different
| Meadhall | wowaudit | |
|---|---|---|
| DKP and EPGP | Yes: pools, decay, a ledger everyone reads, DKP auctions with held bids, EPGP priority with a floor | No |
| Soft reserve | Yes, on each raid event | No |
| Wishlists | Per raid for a loot council: best in slot, major, minor or off-spec, seen by the raider and the council | Backed by Raidbots and Questionably Epic sims |
| Giving out an item | The council sees who wished for it and what each has received from that raid in the last 8 weeks; the drop goes in the loot log | In game, with RCLootCouncil |
| In-game addon | None | RCLootCouncil, both ways, and a desktop sync client |
| Attendance | Confirmed per event, and it can pay DKP or EP in the same step | From Warcraft Logs |
| Raid plans | No | Yes |
| Raid lockouts | Yes: who's locked to which raid this week | Not on the pages read |
| Game versions | Retail, Classic, Classic Era, Hardcore, Season of Discovery, Anniversary and WoW Forever | Retail, Classic, Classic Anniversary and Classic Era |
| Discord | A bot for sign-ups, points and loot | Sign-ups and notifications from Discord |
wowaudit details are from its own site and Patreon page, as read on 22 October 2026; its own site is the final word.
Which to use
- A Retail team that sims its gear and loots with RCLootCouncil: wowaudit does that, and Meadhall doesn't.
- A guild that runs DKP, EPGP or soft reserve, or raids on Classic, Season of Discovery or WoW Forever: Meadhall keeps the points or reserves with the sign-ups and the loot log, with a Discord bot for the parts people do from Discord.
What it costs
wowaudit's core features are free, with Patreon tiers of £2.50, £6.50 and £12 a month. On Meadhall a raid team of up to 10 is free, with EPGP, loot council and soft reserve; a raid team of up to 30 is £3 a month and a guild of up to 300 is £5, both with DKP auctions. Members never pay, and there are no adverts. See pricing.
